If you’re interested in earning a Technical Certificate of
Credit or a diploma resulting from a one-year or longer program
of study, and you are a legal resident of Georgia, you may be eligible
for a HOPE Grant. HOPE Grants are awarded regardless of your grade
point average or high school graduation date. For more information,

HOPE Scholarships provide financial aid to earn an associate’s
(two-year) or bachelor’s (four-year) degree. Other requirements
include:
- Graduation in 1993 or later from an eligible Georgia high school
with a “B” or higher grade point average (GPA) or
- 3.0 GPA or higher in 30 eligible semester credit hours (or 45
quarter credit hours) in college
