This is a differential reimbursement rate program for centers, group homes and family childcare providers who choose to increase their levels of quality. Participants must be licensed/registered by the Department of Human Resources (DHR) or the Office of School Readiness (OSR), and serve children (under age six) subsidized by DHR’s Childcare and Parent Services Program. Tiered reimbursement is limited to selected Smart Start Georgia Plus counties.
