I would focus on my career development. I would prefer online course hours that I can quickly accumulate toward my career advancement. For example, if someone wanted to become a pharmacist, he or she could take a training called pharmacist training 101. After they finish the training package, they could register to become a certified pharmacist within that same year as long as those 120 hours are completed rather than take so many credit hours/exams within a semester that accumulate more years.

I would say that the unofficial office mascot would be a butterfly. I say that because the majority of people relate butterflies to love, peace, and harmony.
